Maybe I outfoxed myself with my own "spread your pegs around the board in the opening" imperative. Maybe something like |6.f10 would have been stronger.

I supppose I should have played |12.h20 but then after 13.n17 14.h11 15.g13 16.g5 17.e4 18.f7 19.d10 20.i14 21.l12 22.j12 23.l8 I couldn't find a way to punch through.
