I was young, I tried, I tried but ... I lost :-(

This game is really funny, even if at the end I made a terrible mistake with 31.h16, could you find the good move and the right sequence for both players ?
The result is really nice if I'm right.

Not sure you mean 31.g18 32.f19 33.f16 34.h18 35.i17 36.j17 37.j15

This sequence is good for me, but not for Loïc. g18 is the good move but there is better for black.

I do not get it: After 31.g18 there are 3 points for White to connect: e19, f20 and f16 and I cannot find a way for Black to defend all at the same time. So please, give a hint!

Yes but white is not already connect in b16 !

Still, whether or not one attacks b16 directly (e.g. 31.g18 32.b16 [Alan: the commentator says 'illegal spot' for a17 and a15, this seems to be a bug.]), or indirectly (e.g. 31.g18 32.b19) then White's answer is just 33.f16.

So I'm eager to know about the good move for Black.

Clearly if white can play f16, this is 'game over' for black.
Try a variation that seems losing for black but.. a very nice move makes him back.

Indeed: 31.g18 32.f15 33.b16 34.e18 35.c21 36.b20. White is blocked completely.

Congrats

Indeed this is the good variation ! And I'm still losing :-(

It is interesting to see that, if black played the less precise 32.h16, now white has the draw !
Because after 31.g18 32.h16 33.b16 34.e18 35.c21 white has the nice 36.d18 threating f17 which is connected to g18 and defending c19 with the possible b19. And white is connected on bottom, on top but can't connect his two groups.
