This is meant to be the "busted" puzzle at http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/798016/some-puzzles.

I put it here to play with it myself; I guess the right choice is to save it in case others find it useful.

This is a quarter-board puzzle. The commentator rules (PP) are not the same as the puzzle rules (standard), but it doesn't seem to matter for this one.
