I made these comments primarily for arcmesaaz's benefit, in case he or she is interested. Others are of course welcome to read and comment as well.

1.t5 seems too strong. It does a good job both of connecting to the corner and reaching out to the board.

3.m17 is too low, and also too close to the middle (in the left-right sense). It seems like being close to the middle should be good, but in fact it invites a strong response like 4.m10.

The most natural response to a 4-0 block (like 5.i10) is the 3-3 tilt (6.j13). This looks very much like a bad move in this case, but in fact is rescued by the strong peg at e.20: |6.j13 7.j12 8.k11 9.i14 10.i15 11.h16 12.h17 13.g18 14.g19. White should not have moved 5.i10 without a plan to respond to 6.j13.

6.l8 is a trick worth knowing about. It seems to be a weak attack on the left, but in fact is meant to strengthen black's connection from the upper middle to the upper right. Although the attack is weak, white needs to worry about it. White should probably try to respond by making a move which threatens the connection both to upper left and lower left. |7.g11 for example is a move which would probably require some thought to respond to.
